Cancellation & Payment Policies

Cancellation policies vary by vessel, please review the policy for your specific vessel.

If payments are not made on-time, All Star Adventures, All Star Fayrouza or All Star Liveaboards reserve the right to cancel your reservation without notice.

**Any deposits would be forfeited unless the space is resold and the trip departs full. All refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation fee and would be issued after departure date.

All Star Aqua Cat

Deposit Policy

Individuals – A $1,000.00 per person deposit. The balance is due 4 months prior to departure. Port fees are due with the final payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 9 months prior to departure, a full refund less a 5% cancellation fee.
  • Less than 9 months prior to departure, all payments are forfeited unless the trips departs full.**
  • NOTE: Policy for Trip Interruption Due to a Named Storm: A future credit will be offered for any missed days with no expiration date for using the credit. We understand your busy schedules and the need to plan. There is no refund for cancellations due to weather.

All Star Aurora

Deposit Policy

A deposit of 30% of the trip price per person confirms the space. The balance is due 4 months prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 12 months prior to departure, a full refund will be issued less a 5% cancellation fee.
  • Less than 12 months prior to departure, payment is forfeited unless the trip departs full.**

All Star Avalon

Deposit Policy
Individuals – A $1,500.00 per person deposit. The balance is due 4 months prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 12 months prior to departure, guests may reschedule their reservation to a future date. No refunds will be issued. Reservations may only be rescheduled once and the rescheduled trip must be within one year of the original booking.
  • Less than 12 months prior to departure, payment is forfeited.

All Star Blackbeard's

Deposit Policy
Individuals – A $300.00 per person deposit. The balance is due 4 months prior to departure. Port fees are due with the final payment.

All Star Cat Ppalu

Deposit Policy
Individuals – A $500.00 per person deposit. The balance is due 4 months prior to departure. Port fees are due with the final payment.

Charters – $1,000.00 deposit required within 10 days to confirm reservation, $2,000.00 deposit due 9 months prior to departure, $3,000.00 due 6 months prior, and final payment due 4 months prior to departure.

All Star Cuan Law

Deposit Policy

Individuals – A $1,000.00 per person deposit. The balance is due 4 months prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds for cancellations unless the trip departs full.**
  • NOTE: Trimarine Boat Company Hurricane/Named Storm/Down Island Policy: For those guests traveling from June 1 – November 30:   In the event of the approach of a Named Storm, guests will not be permitted to remain on board the Cuan Law. They may fly home or stay ashore and return to complete the charter aboard Cuan Law when conditions permit. Trimarine will not be responsible for any airfares or shore expenses.
  • Guests must ensure that if the Cuan Law is deemed to be unavailable due to storm conditions, their trip cancellation policy will cover their loss of time on board. Cuan Law will NOT reimburse for this lost time. Cancellation for storm reasons ahead of a trip MUST also be covered by guest insurance.

All Star Fayrouza

Deposit Policy
A deposit of 30% of the cruise price per person confirms space. The balance is due 12 months prior to  departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 120 days prior to departure, a full refund will be issued less a 5% cancellation fee.
  • 120 days to 60 days – 50% refund. If the canceled space is resold and the trip departs full, a refund will be issued less a 5% administrative fee.
  • Less than 60 days prior to departure, payment is forfeited unless the trip departs full.**

All Star Ghani

Deposit Policy
Individuals – A deposit of $300.00 USD per person. The balance is due 4 months prior to  departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 6 months prior to departure, a full refund will be issued less a 5% cancellation fee.
  • Between 4-6 months prior to departure, a 50% refund will be issued on the amount deposited.
  • Less than 4 months prior to departure, payment is forfeited unless the trip departs full.**

All Star Scuba Scene

Deposit Policy
Individuals – A $500.00 USD per person deposit. The balance is due 4 months prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 9 months prior to departure, a full refund will be issued less a 5% cancellation fee.
  • Less than 9 months prior to departure, payment is forfeited unless the trip departs full.**

All Star Velocean

Deposit Policy
A deposit of 30% of the trip price per person is due within seven (7) days to confirm space. The balance is due 4 months prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 18 months prior to departure, a full refund will be issued less 5% cancellation fee.
  • Less than 18 months prior to departure, payment is forfeited unless the trip departs full.**

Egypt Land Tours

Cancellation Policy

  • If canceled more than 4 months prior to the tour date, a refund will be issued less a 5% cancellation fee. Any flights included in your tour are nonrefundable. Cancellation fees may apply for Hotels and Nile River Cruises.
  • If canceled less than 4 months prior to the tour date, all payments are forfeited.
